目前有超过165种疫苗正在开发中，科研人员声称一般需要10到15年的研发时间，现在能在明年就投入使用。对于药物和疫苗的功效，有许多假设和不同主张。面对如此众多的未知数，没有人能声称何时及如何将这种病毒打败的绝对知识。我希望各位一起来思考以下问题：
疫苗肯定能抗击这种病毒吗？
是否保证在采取所有预防措施的情况下，社区病例将被彻底清除？
即使有研发成功的疫苗和药物，我们是否可以确定疫苗不会出错？
如果病毒突变并降低药物和疫苗的功效，人们对疫苗的希望会否破灭，并引起更多的恐惧吗？
基于上述情况的可能性，我们是否继续无限期地“在线”聚会？
在重启教会之前，我们是否仍然存着“等待和观察”的态度？
我相信没有人可以有绝对的把握局势的演变。圣经劝勉我们凡事谢恩；我们的上帝在任何情况里依然掌权。在这动乱不安的时代，我们可以将盼望寄托在永不离弃我们的上帝。我接受集体崇拜所带来的风险度，这也如我们逛巴刹，购物市场或学校。求神挑旺我们的信心，抓住能够在上帝的殿敬拜的时光！愿我们谦卑意识到自己是何等有限，让我们“一心仰赖耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明；6 在你一切所行的路上，都要承认他，他必使你的路径平坦正直。“（箴言3：5-6）愿神赐福我们在9月6日恢复实体聚会，得蒙祂的保守眷顾。我们会遵循50人的准则，默唱，并遵守当局要求采取的所有其他预防措施。

Latest reports indicate that at least 165 vaccine candidates are being developed in the United States, China, India, and Singapore. What usually takes 10 to 15 years to develop are now being claimed by researchers to be ready for use by next year. There have been many hypotheses, different claims of the efficacy of medications and vaccines. Faced with so many unknowns, the development is still evolving, and no one can claim absolute knowledge as to when and how the virus can be defeated. I would like us as a family to ponder these questions:
Will the vaccine be a sure bet against the virus?
Does it guarantee that with all the precautionary measures in place, the community cases will be wiped out?
Even with the availability of promising vaccines and medications, can we be certain that the vaccine will not go wrong?
Will the hope of the “promised” vaccine be...
